Apex, North Carolina is a growing city with all the amenities of a big city incorporated into the comfort of a small town.  Previously named the state's #1 Small Town in Economic Vitality, it is no surprise that an average of six residents move into Apex on a daily basis. However, the city has maintained a strong sense of community and small town values.

The City of Apex puts on many annual events to entertain the children and residents of the community, including the "Peak Week Festival" in May which celebrates "The Peak of Good Living" (the town's motto); the "Today and Yesteryear Festival" in September, and a huge Christmas Parade.  Apex also boasts 10 parks and community centers, and a variety of recreational opportunities.
